The use of this website indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions. Legal Doc Vault, Inc. (Legal Doc Vault) reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time with said modifications being effective when posted. Any use of our websites after such modification constitutes your agreement to the modified terms and conditions.

COPYRIGHT: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any information from this site for any purpose other than the intended use of the site without Legal Doc Vault’s express permission.

USE OF LEGAL DOC VAULT: All use of Legal Doc Vault in the 30 day trial and as subscribed in the future are governed by these policies.

SECURITY: Your privacy and the privacy of your clients are our first concern. You are responsible to guard your password and to re-set it if you think there has been any disclosure. You are responsible for determining that the clients, guests, and others who you invite to view a case vault are entitled to do so. We do not take any responsibility for your allowing access to individuals who should not have said access.

SECURITY – LOG OFF: You must log off before you close your browser window to preserve security.

TRANSMISSION SECURITY : We have secured a security certificate as posted on our website so you can have confidence in the process.

STORAGE SECURITY: Your data and documents are stored and backed up in multiple locations all with 256 bit security which exceeds HIPAA regulations. All secure servers are located in the United States.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT AND CONTENT: Legal Doc Vault’s service must be used for lawful purposes only and users may not use Legal Doc Vault to store any data that is in violation of any state or federal law, exposes the user or Legal Doc Vault to criminal liability, or that may adversely affect Legal Doc Vault.

JURISDICTION: Any disputes between the user and Legal Doc Vault will be subject to the laws of the State of Florida.

ACCESS: Legal Doc Vault reserves the right to suspend service and deny use of our site as needed to protect Legal Doc Vault.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: LEGAL DOC VAULT WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR UNDER ANY CONTRACT FOR ANY INTERRUPTED SERVICE, LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA. YOU SHOULD RETAIN COPIES OF YOUR DOCUMENTS ON YOUR LOCAL COMPUTER. LEGAL DOC VAULT IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE DUE TO BREACHES OF SECURITY.
